Savings
A savings account at L&N Federal Credit Union is what makes you eligible for all of the services the credit union offers. There is a required minimum of $5.00 to establish your account.
We offer several special savings accounts to meet your varying needs and allow you to manage your money.

Once you establish your savings account, you can remain a member for life and immediate family members become eligible to join the credit union. Immediate family is defined as spouse, child, sibling, parent, grandparent or grandchild, step-parents, stepchildren, step-siblings and adoptions. Household members are also eligible (people living in the same residence maintaining a single economic unit).
Deposits to savings can be made in person, by payroll deduction, direct deposit, or by mail. You will have 24-hour access to your savings account by internet, phone, or automated teller machine.
Dividends are earned daily and paid quarterly. Current market rates determine the dividends your savings account earns.
Regular Savings
A Regular Share Savings Account at L&N Federal Credit Union is your share in the credit union. There is a required minimum deposit of $5.00 to establish your account. This is what makes you eligible for all of the services the credit union offers.
Special Savings
Christmas Club
To help you save for the holiday season, we offer a Christmas Club account. You can deposit all-year around by mail, person, or payroll deduction. The required minimum balance is $5.00. Withdrawals can be made after October 1st.
Vacation Club
For those of you who want to set money aside for a yearly vacation, we offer the Vacation Club account. The required minimum balance is $5.00. You can deposit or withdraw at any time. Deposits can be made in person, by mail, or payroll deduction.
Special Club
This account can be titled however you want: car savings, education savings, etc. The required minimum balance is $5.00. You can deposit or withdraw at any time. Deposits can be made in person, by mail, or payroll deduction.
