Delete Your Internet and Mobile Banking Access

The Google Play Store has implemented a requirement for L&N Federal Credit Union to provide our members with the ability to request deletion of their Internet/Mobile Banking profile. This requirement is the latest of many recent compliance updates from Google and Apple related to user privacy and data safety.

To request deletion of your Internet/Mobile Banking profile, please call 502-368-5858, or 800-292-2905 and select option 4. In addition, a request can be submitted via secure email by following the below steps. Once your request is processed you will no longer have access to your account by logging in online at LNFCU.com, or by accessing the L&N Mobile App.  Your L&N Federal Credit Union accounts will remain active, and unaffected.

Secure Email

  1. Click here to submit a secure email request.
  2. From the Contact Us page, fill out your personal information.
  3. Select Internet Banking in the Select Department dropdown.
  4. In the Message section provide your phone number and include that you want your Internet/Mobile Banking profile deleted.
  5. Click Submit.

An L&N Federal Credit team member will contact you during normal business hours Monday – Friday , 8:30 - 5:00 PM EST to confirm the request is valid and process your request.Requests may take 24 – 48 business hours to process.
